About this tool

View metadata before sharing a file

Choose a supported file to view detected fields or metadata-block indicators. Export a JSON report, or switch to removal mode to create a cleaned copy.

Supported cleanup and limits

The viewer shows the supported fields detected by this service, not a complete forensic analysis. Some formats show the presence of a tag block instead of decoding every value. Reports can themselves contain sensitive metadata; keep them private.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Supported files are inspected and cleaned inside this browser tab. Processing libraries are bundled with the site. The interface font is loaded from Google Fonts.

Does a clean report mean my file is anonymous?

No. A clean report means no metadata within the supported cleanup scope was detected after processing. Unknown tags, filenames and visible contents may still identify you.

How many files can I clean?

Up to 10 files per batch, 50 MB per file and 100 MB per batch. Download files separately or together as a ZIP.
